Gothic Sale - heavily reduced clothing and shoes
We are often asked why we offer gothic sales and how it comes about in the first place. The answer is simple. Goods on sale or remaining stock are goods and products that are being discontinued. We as a gothic shop sell gothic clothing, shoes, jewellery and accessories. Of course there are trends in black fashion collections. Because we include so many new items in our gothic shop, there are of course also gothic remnants from collections that we are discontinuing.
Are the gothic remnants damaged?
No, of course not. Everything is always 100% new and 100% unworn. Every year many collections are produced by the gothic fashion labels we work with. This means that we get so many new items that we sometimes have to part with one or the other dress, coat, top or pair of shoes. Sometimes this only applies to individual sizes. The goods are just as new, unworn and undamaged as all our other gothic products.
Can I exchange or return gothic remnants?
Here too, a resounding YES! Of course. Many things are very important to us. What we do, we do with heart and soul and because we love it. For us, that means that you are happy and satisfied. If you are not satisfied with a skirt, a pair of trousers or any other part of your order, you can of course send it back. You will get a full refund if you want to return it instead of exchanging it. Because we are only happy when you are happy.
