Your order will be delivered via our logistics partner DHL.

Shipping is possible within Germany and to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, USA.

Shipping Inside Germany

We charge a flat rate of € 5.90 per order for shipping.

We send vouchers exclusively by email. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

From an order value of € 50.00, we deliver free of shipping costs.

Shipping Outside Germany

The following shipping rates apply outside Germany:

Vouchers are sent exclusively via e-mail. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

Delivery Times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 – 5 days in Germany and within 5 – 7 days after conclusion of the contract for deliveries abroad (after the time of your payment instruction in the case of agreed advance payment).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
